1 in stock

Description

Finely woven example of the blue on white cotton style of kente woman’s cloth, likely the work of an Ewe weaver around the 1950s. The prominent cross motif would have made it particularly suitable for wearing to church on Sunday , or at any rate have affirmed that the owner was a Christian. In excellent complete condition.
Measurements 6’2″ x 3’7″, 189 cm x 108.
