Description
Soft muted colours and sets of narrow stripes across the strips characterize this comparatively modest Ewe kente men’s cloth. Paired blocks of colour in the weft are set on a classic multi striped warp. There’s one neat patched repair and some minor wear but overall condition is good. Dates from circa 1930-50.
