Description
A man’s robe collected in Guinea during the 1970s. Machine embroidery on strip woven cotton ground. The simple sleeveless structure and angled front pocket are typical of robes from this region and quite different from their Nigerian “cousins.” Very wearable and in excellent condition. Measurements as shown 4’6″ x 4’3″, 136 x 132 cm.
