Finely woven Ewe kente woman’s cloth with neatly worked pairs of quite narrow weft blocks in a regular grid set on a typically complex striped ground in which a yellow stripe stands out. Dates from around 1930-50 and is in excellent complete condition.
Measurements 5’11” x 4′, 180 cm x 121.
