Description
Classic blue and white hand spun cotton strip weave cloth with subtle variations in the colour of the natural indigo dyed blue thread throughout. These cloths were woven by both Fulani and Bamana weavers in the region north of Segou in Mali. Dates from circa 1960s and is in excellent complete condition.
