Description
Off-white float patterning runs the full length of alternate strips of this unusual Yoruba asooke woman’s wrapper cloth. Rows of woven openwork break up the solid pink on the plain strips. Dates from circa 1970 and is in excellent complete condition.
Measurements 7’2″ x 4’4″, 219 cm x 132.
