Description
Typically sparse graphics and a restricted palette of red, blue, white, and yellow on this rare late C19th Ewe kente woman’s cloth. Two different stripe patterns alternate, with weft striped blocks at random intervals on the red/blue pinstripe. Some careful repairs but otherwise in good condition.
Measurements 7′ x 3’10”, 213 cm x 116.
