Description
Classic style Ewe chief’s kente cloth with a good variety of geometric motifs framed by colourful striped pattern blocks. On a dark blue cotton ground with white pinstripes. Stain on one pattern block is not too obtrusive (see second detail), otherwise in very good complete condition. Dates from circa 1960.
Measurements 10′ x 5’11, 305 cm x 181.
