I’m always pleased when I manage to find one of these increasingly rare nineteenth century Ewe kente cloths with their carefully alternation of red and blue blocks with yellow stripes across the field. There are a couple of tiny repairs but overall condition is excellent for a cloth of this vintage. It would look fantastic hung on a wall or over the end of a bed.
