Description
Bright blocks of colour build up in density as we move towards the centre of this vibrant Ewe kente men’s cloth, highlighting the se3ction most visible when wrapped around the wearer. Notice that the weft pattern blocks have two standard width sections and one narrower one the same colour. Geometric weft float motifs, mostly in orange, are scattered across the central section. Dates from around the 1930s and is in excellent complete condition.
