Description
Very neatly woven pairs of quite narrow weft faced blocks built up from thin weft stripes and sections that alternate two colours provide the main attraction of this subtle Ewe kente men’s cloth, set on a background of red, white, and blue warp stripes. Dates from around 1930-1950 and is in excellent condition.
Measurements 122 1/5 inches x 69, 311 cm x 175.
