Description
Huge Ewe kente blue and white cotton men’s cloth with an unusually minimal design. The slightly blurry textured effect of the narrow blue lines across the strips was achieved by the weaver leaving each pick of the blue thread slightly loose. Would make a dramatic bed cover cloth. Dates from around 1950s and is in excellent condition.
Measurements 11’4″ x 6’8″, 344 cm x 203.
