Classic style Ewe kente chief’s cloth with a good array of figurative and geometric float motifs including multiple birds and animals o9n a multicoloured striped ground. Narrower than is typical but apparently complete with the original stitching throughout. In excellent condition. Dates from circa 1930-50.
Measurements 9’9″ x 5’7″, 298 cm x 170.
