E898 – An Ewe master weaver demonstrates great precision and control of line in this fine classic style cotton Ewe women’s cloth. Broad dark blue and white warp striped ground and a good variety of precisely woven extra weft float motifs framed by paired weft faced stripe blocks. Dates from circa 1930-1950. Condition is excellent.
Measurement: 80 inches x 48 ins, 203cm x 122m.
