Description
Lovely mid century Yoruba asooke woman’s wrapper cloth. Strips with light brown and white warp stripes alternate with light brown weft float motifs on a blue and white ground. There are a couple of very small faint marks, otherwise very good complete condition. Dates from around 1950.
Measurements 5’9″ x 4′, 174 cm x 122.
